California “Pimp” Pleads Guilty to Sex Trafficking Across Arizona and Other States

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington announced Thursday that Winston Cornell Burt, also known as “Dice Capone,” 32, of Hemet, California, pleaded guilty to two federal felonies related to his involvement in sex trafficking.

According to court records, Burt referred to himself as a “pimp” and ran a sex trafficking operation across California, Arizona, and Washington.

On November 2, 2022, Burt violently assaulted a 20-year-old victim by kicking, punching, and pistol-whipping her after she expressed her desire to stop working for him, per documents filed in court.

Three days later, on November 5, 2022, Burt attacked the same victim again and forced her to strip to her underwear. The victim attempted to escape from a rental home by jumping from a third-story window.

According to investigators, Burt and two women working for him captured the victim, forced her into a car, and drove toward a motel on Aurora Avenue North.

Armed with a gun, Burt was reportedly stopped when the victim managed to escape, running into traffic in her underwear.
