Once again, the Coachella Valley will see plenty of sunshine with low humidity and near-normal highs in the lower-80s this afternoon. For the most part, you can expect more of the same tomorrow afternoon. A disturbance moving through the Southwest to our North will trigger somewhat gusty on-shore winds Monday evening followed by brief Santa Ana winds Tuesday morning. No wind advisories have been posted. As far as temperatures, Valley highs will slip slightly, from the lower-80s on Monday to the upper-70s on Tuesday. A much more potent system will bring precipitation to areas of the Southwest this weekend along with some of the coolest weather since last Spring. @JerrySteffen @NBCPalmSprings.
