A suspect was arrested after a man was found shot in downtown Riverside.
The suspect was identified as Hector Alfonso Sanchez Torres, 26, according to the Riverside Police Department.
On March 30, Torres and the victim, identified only as an adult male, were involved in an altercation of some sort…
