A convicted felon accused of seriously assaulting and holding a woman against her will in his Blythe home was charged Wednesday with assault resulting in great bodily injury and other offenses.
Arturo Salcido Aguilar, 47, was arrested Friday following a three-day Riverside County Sheriff’s Department investigation.
