Arrests made after rival Armenian crime syndicates stage violent power grab in Southern California

LOS ANGELES, CA – A multi-agency law enforcement operation led by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California has resulted in the arrest of 13 alleged members and associates of rival Armenian crime syndicates across Los Angeles County and beyond, federal prosecutors announced.

Federal complaints unsealed Tuesday detail charges that include attempted murder, kidnapping, theft of online shipments, and illegal firearm possession—part of a violent power struggle centered in the San Fernando Valley.
