Two residents of Loma Linda were arrested on drug charges earlier this week after deputies found them with a significant quantity of narcotics. This information comes straight from a report released by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, detailing the events surrounding the arrest of Victor Liwag and Justine Liwag.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, the incident began when deputies contacted Victor Liwag near his residence on the afternoon of July 7, citing a violation of a city ordinance. The subsequent investigation revealed that Victor had an active felony warrant out of Riverside County. A search of his person resulted in the discovery of various narcotics and cash, evidence hinting at his involvement in the drug trade.
A search warrant was executed at Victor’s home on the 11400 block of Via Rio, where deputies found narcotics, scales, baggies, and drug paraphernalia. The same search also ensnared Justine Liwag, who was in possession of the illegal substances and was, herself, out on bail for a prior narcotics sales arrest dating back to May of 2025.
