Lifeguards rush to help baby dolphin stranded on beach, California officials say

Lifeguards rushed to assist a baby dolphin found stranded on a Southern California beach, officials reported.

The young cetacean was found on Torrance Beach on Tuesday, July 22, the Los Angeles County Fire Department Lifeguard Division said in a news release.
