Girl, 17, asks ‘am I still pretty’ after being mauled by 16 dogs while on morning run

A young girl out for a morning run in Southern California was savagely attacked by a pack of 16 dogs, leaving her with bites all over her body and requiring more than 500 stitches.

The horrifying incident occurred just after 8 a.m. on the 30000 block of Newberry Road in a remote desert area of Southern California, as reported by DailyMail.

17-year-old Tracy Azpeitia was on her way to a nearby workout facility when she was set upon by the dogs. When her mother arrived at the scene, Tracy asked her: “Mom, am I still pretty?” To which her mother responded, “Yes, you are beautiful.”
