FONTANA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that temporarily shut down all northbound lanes of the I-15 freeway just south of Sierra Avenue on Monday evening.
The collision occurred at approximately 6:51 p.m. on September 9, 2025, in the #1 lane of the northbound I-15, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.
Initial reports indicated a motorcycle down in the HOV lane with the rider unresponsive and not moving. Additional responding units confirmed that the motorcyclist was located in the #1 lane, with all lanes eventually being blocked for emergency response…
