Nudists File Lawsuit Against New Resort Owners Alleging Hazardous Living Conditions, Requiring Clothing

The naked truth is ugly, charge residents of a California nudist camp, who have slapped the new owners with a lawsuit claiming they’re being stripped of their rights and — forced to wear clothes or move.

The Olive Dell Ranch, a nudist colony at the edge of the San Jacinto Mountains in Colton, has been welcoming duds-shunning folks since 1952 as the “friendliest nudist resort in Southern California,” but now is barely hanging on due to new management, claim residents, per KTLA.

“We’re in survival mode at this point,” says Nancy Roeder, who’s lived there more than a decade.

The suit accuses the owners of trying to force out residents — many of them seniors, disabled or veterans — by making living conditions hazardous, letting the property get run-down and threatening eviction…
