Jashanpreet Singh pleads not guilty to DUI, vehicular manslaughter charges in deadly crash

ONTARIO, Calif. — The driver accused of DUI in a deadly Southern California crash pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Jashanpreet Singh, 21 of Yuba City, faced a judge in a San Bernardino County court Friday, pleading not guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter and DUI. He was remanded into custody with no bail.

Singh was accused of driving under the influence when he caused a chain reaction crash involving eight vehicles, killing three people, along Interstate 10 in Ontario Tuesday…
