Warm, Breezy Start to the Week for Coachella Valley

Residents across Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley can expect a warm and breezy start to the week, as west winds continue to sweep through the mountains and desert areas. Gusts may pick up again this afternoon, particularly near mountain passes and along the I-10 corridor, where winds could reach 25 to 35 mph.A deep marine layer will allow coastal clouds to push inland again tonight, but skies in the desert will remain mostly clear.
