Southern California to swelter in unusually hot temperatures sparking danger heat warning

While many Americans enjoy fall weather, Southern California will experience unusually hot temperatures this week. This will also be accompanied by some Santa Ana winds for parts of San Diego.

As high pressure returns on Monday, hot weather is expected to sweep the southern part of the state and could even reach dangerous levels. Due to the unusually sweltering temperatures, the inland valleys will be under a Heat Advisory from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
