More than 700 dogs and cats from across Southern California are heading to the Rose Bowl Stadium this weekend for one of the region’s largest adoption events.
The Best Friends Super Adoption festival, hosted by the national animal welfare organization Best Friends Animal Society, takes place Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1001 Rose Bowl Drive in Pasadena.
More than 20 shelters and rescue groups — including Pasadena Humane, Angel City Pit Bulls, and Los Angeles Animal Services — will be on-site with adoptable pets. All adoption fees will be under $150.
