Construction has begun on the fourth phase of a public housing development in San Bernardino meant for low-income families and individuals.
Alder Square is the latest edition of Arrowhead Grove, a multi-million-dollar reconstruction of Waterman Gardens, a 38-acre housing development at 2634 Copper Lane that began construction in 2012, according to a statement.
The project’s developers – National CORE in Rancho Cucamonga, the Housing Authority of San Bernardino County, and several of their partners – held a groundbreaking Nov. 4.
