Next storm system expected to bring rain, snow and cold to Southern California

After a weekend of heavy rain, flooding and windy conditions, another storm system will make its way across the High Desert and Southern California.

A band of moderate precipitation is expected to move through Southern California Monday and Tuesday, with clear skies on Wednesday, the National Weather Service reported.
