Police officers made an arrest Friday of a man accused of a hit-and-run crash that critically injured a toddler and an infant in San Bernardino.
On Dec. 1, Karina Barrientos was with her two young children and other families walking home from a play date when the crash occurred. While crossing Arrowhead Avenue at 27th Street, a gray-colored vehicle struck a baby stroller, dragging it down the block and injuring Barrientos’ young children, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
