PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (KESQ) - Palm Springs Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run after a body was discovered off the side of the roadway on Highway 111, between Tipton Road and Snowcreek Canyon Road, southeast of Whitewater.
The northbound lanes of Highway 111 were closed as police investigated, but have since reopened.
