A man was struck in what police in Rialto called a “vehicle-pedestrian incident” on Tuesday, and a statement they issued indicated the vehicle involved was associated with an “unidentified law enforcement agency.”
Now, the “unidentified law enforcement agency” in question has identified themselves as the Department of Homeland Security.
