LOS ANGELES (CNS) – A Glendale woman is expected to be arraigned Friday on federal charges alleging her role in hatching a terror plot to bomb targets in Los Angeles and Orange counties on New Year’s Eve, a scheme that was broken up by authorities weeks earlier.
Tina Lai, 41, is among four people charged in connection with the suspected plan.
