Southern California gang leader sentenced to prison for ordering woman’s kidnapping

The leader of a Southern California street gang was sentenced to nine years in prison for ordering the kidnapping of a woman in Riverside.

Luis Ramirez, 49, of Jurupa Valley, will serve the nine-year sentence consecutively to his current life sentence in prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
