Two Disneyland parkgoers were hit by a falling tree amid heavy rains in Southern California.
The incident occurred on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 17, Disneyland officials confirmed to PEOPLE. Park officials say that the incident occurred at around 11:40 p.m. on the patio of the park’s Plaza Inn restaurant, and that no other guests were seated on the patio because of the rain.
The two individuals received first aid for “minor grazes” and were released, per park officials. The Disney Fire Department responded to assess the situation and worked to clear the tree overnight after it fell…
