Credit One Bank pays $10.2M in debt collection case
Credit One Bank, N.A. will pay $10.2 million to settle a civil lawsuit filed by a team of California district attorneys, including the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. The case involved claims that the company made excessive debt-collection calls, including to wrong numbers and to people who had asked the calls to stop.
