San Bernardino city council member Treasure Ortiz has been sent a cease-and-desist letter by the city.
The letter, dated Feb. 27 and posted on the city of San Bernardino’s website, accuses Ortiz of “engag(ing) in a pattern of conduct directed toward city staff that raises serious concerns about professionalism, harassment, misuse of authority, and the creation of a hostile work environment.”
