An Extreme Heat Watch is in effect for the Riverside County Mountains starting Thursday morning, March 15, through Friday evening. Temperatures are expected to reach 85 to 95 degrees below 5500 ft elevation, which is 20 to 30 degrees above normal for this time of year.
