On Tuesday, March 3, Redlands City Council approved a purchase and sale agreement with Sartin Properties, LLC, for the sale of a 4.67-acre city-owned parcel in Mentone for $250,000.
The property, identified as Assessor Parcel Number 0168-343-01-0000, is generally located north of Mentone Avenue and south of Mill Creek Road. The land is currently owned by the city of Redlands.
