The Morongo Band of Mission Indians is currently accepting online applications for its 40th Annual Thanksgiving Outreach Program, which will provide 15,000 free turkeys to community-based organizations serving families in need throughout the region.
Applications are available exclusively online at morongonation.org/thanksgiving-outreach and must be submitted by June 26. Morongo will give away a total of 15,000 turkeys, which will be distributed among the approved organizations.
Now in its fourth decade, Morongo’s Thanksgiving Outreach Program has become one of the largest and longest-running holiday assistance efforts in Southern California.
