ELLISTON, Va. (WDBJ) – What’s known locally as “Virginia’s Best” flour is making a return to hometown kitchens. Big Spring Mill in Elliston is set to reopen under new leadership after operating for more than 175 years before closing in 2022.
Former customers are celebrating the news that Shelor Motor Mile owners Larry Shelor and David Hagan are taking over ownership.
