ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Some neighbors living near Rutgers Road say they initially thought a house explosion in the area was a car crash because wrecks happen that often.
Residents told WDBJ7 drivers frequently ignore the 25 mph speed limit, and they worry the next crash could have devastating consequences.
