ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – After months of back and forth, the Roanoke City Public Schools budget debate came to an end for now.
Tuesday night, the school board unanimously approved the 2026–27 budget. The general fund totals $271 million, with an overall budget of $308 million including grants, food service, and capital funds.
