INEZ — A Virginia man was arrested June 3 after Kentucky State Police stopped him for speeding on KY 645 in Inez.
William Anthony Cockrell, 25, of Wirtz, Virginia, was charged with speeding 15 mph over the limit, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license, possession of a canceled or fictitious operator’s license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of a non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce an insurance card, and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines…
