SALEM, Va. (WFXR) – Big! Loud! And Live! The Pride of Salem marching band has announced the return of its biggest fundraiser of the year-The Summer Music Games of Southwest Virginia for later this year.
On June 19, Assistant Salem Band Director, Thomas Graham, came to the WFXR studios to talk about the event. He says students will perform in a marching band “turned up to eleven.” Graham says the complexity, energy, and intensity are way more intense and the show is highly entertaining.
