ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)—WFXR News highlights pets ready for adoption in area shelters through our weekly segment, Furry Friends!
On Tuesday, June 30, Kathy Bauman and Anita Finkle with the Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP) brought Copilot to the WFXR News Studio.
Copilot is a 1-year-old shepherd husky mix with the biggest smile. He’s handsome, friendly, intelligent, and enthusiastic! He loves meeting people and playing with other dogs. Although he can be exuberant, Copilot settles down nicely once he gets that energy out.
Furry Friends: Meet RBG, Maxwell, Jane, and Kneevis!
Copilot would love to be a part of an active household where he can go on plenty of walks. While it’s not a requirement, he would love to have a doggy playmate. A big backyard would be a plus, too!
