ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – There are about 3,500 people without power throughout Roanoke and Franklin County, according to Appalachian Power Company. (APCo)
According to the APCo power outage map, power went out on July 3 around 8:08 a.m. and is estimated to be restored around on July 3 around 1:30 p.m.
