ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – A Roanoke boarding & daycare employee has been charged by Roanoke Animal Wardens in an investigation initiated July 5, 2026 at City Dogs, according to Roanoke Police.
City Dogs employee Kevin Ketchum was charged with the following:
- Two counts of cruelty to animals
- Two counts of failure to provide adequate care to companion animals
- One count of failure of a boarding establishment to provide property care
