BLACKSBURG, Va. – A Blacksburg man is facing multiple charges for allegedly kidnapping a Wisconsin minor, according to a criminal complaint obtained by 10 News.
According to our NBC affiliate in Milwaukee, Joniah Walker was found safe after going missing in June of 2022.
