Greater Lynchburg real estate market led by $1.53 million Campbell County property sale and $12.73 million commercial permit

The Greater Lynchburg real estate market saw continued activity this week with a mix of high-value residential sales, rural property transfers and major commercial investment. Campbell County recorded the region’s largest property transaction with a $1.53 million Evington property sale, while Bedford County posted several strong residential transactions, including a $1.4 million lake-area sale. Construction activity was highlighted by a $12.73 million commercial building permit in Campbell County, reflecting continued investment throughout the region.

Campbell County recorded the week’s highest property transfer with the $1.53 million sale of Lot 14 in Evington Acres. The property was transferred from Ryan Matthew and Courtney Noelle Thivierge to Edward F. Phillips and Terra L. Phipps, trustees.

Another notable Campbell County transaction was the $450,000 sale of 186 Lindsey Lane, followed by a $330,000 home in Wildwood and a $269,985 new construction sale in The Allure subdivision.
