BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR)- Police in Bedford arrested a second suspect in connection with a shooting that injured a 29-year-old.
The shooting happened on May 14 outside a residence on Piedmont Street in Bedford. Surveillance video and witness accounts indicated that two masked individuals approached the victim’s residence before gunfire erupted.
