ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- Officials with the City of Roanoke said milling and paving operations on Williamson Road begins Monday, August 24.
Drivers can expect delays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. between Orange Avenue and the city limit, near Malvern Road.
