ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Crews will start paving and milling streets in downtown Roanoke starting Oct. 11.
Overnight construction, running from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night, will continue through mid-November. Downtown businesses and residences will remain accessible, according to city officials.
