ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – AARP Virginia is inviting family caregivers to take a break, connect with others and access valuable resources through a series of free Caregiver Café events in November.
Designed for individuals who provide care to aging parents, spouses, relatives, friends or neighbors, the Caregiver Café events offer a welcoming space where caregivers can relax over a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage, learn about local resources and build connections with others who understand the caregiving journey.
