Will Virginia legislators pass a new bill to ban guns?

The shooting of 3 people early Sunday morning at Status Restaurant and Bar in Downtown Roanoke has locals discussing the situation. A woman was found shot at the restaurant and two men later showed up atg a hospital with gunshot wounds.

One woman told News 10 that she switched her hours at her job from night to day because there is always something happening at night o weekends in Downtown. She also said she and her manager had been attacked and she now carries pepper spray.

Fox News is reporting that Virginia lawmakers desire to have consealed carry baned at at restaurants that sell alcohol. Gun advocats Phillip Van Cleave says such a law would be a solution looking for a problem. Others say this would violate Second Amendment rights bear arms .
