ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WFXR) – In a surprise announcement, the Harvester Performance Center revealed that Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Oates will be performing in Rocky Mount this spring. On April 9, Oates will take the stage at the Harvester Performance Center, according to the music venue.
