ROANOKE, Va. ( WFXR ) – Warmer conditions will return to the region on Thursday as high pressure builds into the region.
A weak cold front will move across the area on Friday. A few showers are possible for the Highlands, the remainder of the region will stay dry.
Dry conditions continue into the weekend as warmer air remains in place. There is a slight chance of showers on Monday. The storm system may move too far to the south to bring rain though. Dry, but cooler, conditions are expected for Tuesday and Wednesday.
