BLACKSBURG, Va. (WFXR)- To-go cocktails could become a regular thing. On Jan. 31, the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates signed bills that would allow bars, restaurants, and distilleries licensed by ABC to sell mixed drinks to-go. The idea has been temporarily in place here in Virginia since 2020 to help businesses during the pandemic.
