Grace Church has local support
Grace Church of Roanoke may not know it but some local men and women were disappointed that judges did not rule in her favor. Church accused Circuit Court Judge Onzlee Ware of promising to assist her son Timothy Church who was facing murder charges according to The Roanoke Times in exchange for certain favors.
The Roanoke Rambler is now reporting that Ware who said he and Church had a consensual adult relationship and had been suspended from the bench has now had the suspension lifted. Virginia’s Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission says there was no evidence to prove Church’s claim of quid-pro-quo and it will monitor Ware’s conduct during the next 12 months.
