ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – If you’ve been waiting to buy a home, hoping for a significant drop in house prices, it doesn’t look like that could happen anytime soon. According to a report from Virginia Realtors, despite a drop in home sales this past year, house prices continued to climb. The median home sales price was about $382,000.
