No. 23 Virginia Tech softball looked better than ever on the second day of the Tiger invitational, collecting a win against Belmont and tying No. 20 Auburn. Tech opened the day with a showdown against Belmont. Freshman Emma Mazzarone got her first college start for the Hokies and looked shaky at times.
