BLACKSBURG, Va. (WDBJ) – Blacksburg Police and New River Valley’s Sleep in Heavenly Peace organization are teaming up to get kids in our hometowns off the floor. There will be a bed-building project where any community member can help build beds for children who do not have them. The organizations are also asking the community to help raise $10,000 to fund all needed supplies such as mattresses, wood and bedding.
