The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded the Town of Rocky Mount a $1,000,000 grant. This grant money supports the Town’s Highway 40 Corridor Multimodal Assessment and Master Plan. The plan will identify potential mobility and connectivity improvements along 1.5 miles of Highway 40 and 0.7 miles of Tanyard Road.
